We believe that a time and materials relationship pits clients against service providers. In most consultative relationships, it is in the best interest of the buyer to strive for the lowest number of hours, or the lowest rate, to complete work. On the other hand it’s in the providers best interest to get the buyer to agree to as many hours as possible and leave openings for overages.

The value of the project is calculated by evaluating benefits such as increased revenue, reduced expenses, increased productivity etc. then a flat-rate price will be determined from those figures.
