What sets us apart? Well, we're certainly not your ordinary web design company, we're not a Social Media training company and we're not a company that started as a marketing firm, PR firm or computer retailer. We just happen to be one of a very small number of firms (maybe the only firm) that can help you achieve your business goals using online technology. Sure, a lot of companies say they can solve your online problems. But it's worth noting the difference between solving your online problems and solving your problems online. We have two slogans that define how we are different from the rest:

The first slogan speaks for itself. Let's look at the second slogan. we let you define what success is. If you were to say to most web providers - "I want to increase sales by 10% over the next 3 months." they'd look at you like a dog that had been shown a card trick. At Web 180, we'd say, "no problem."
Of course you'd have to be able to afford that and the amount of money it costs to accomplish your goal would hopefully be covered by the 10% increase. However, we always make our clients define success - it's not up to us, it's up to you. We also let them define how we will measure that success - don't use our proprietary tools to measure success, use your own or use a 3rd party provider.
By the time we start we will have a thorough understanding of what is involved in achieving your goal, we will come to an agreement on price and then... we guarantee your objective will be achieved. If it's not, we'll give you your money back. Show us another company that can back that up.
The Guarantee
No matter how you define success we guarantee you will achieve those goals or we will give you your money back. There is no fine print just a few things you must agree to:
- This guarantee only applies to clients agreeing to the terms of our agreement. Agreements are different for every project.
- All programs will take some time to produce results. If 3rd parties, such as search engines or software providers are involved, we cannot guarantee their timeliness..
- You must implement our strategies. If you ignore our consultation at any point (without consent), you forfeit the right pursue the money back guarantee.
- We will only guarantee other provider's work with verifiable proof they followed our guidance to the letter.
- Any attempts to maliciously cash-in on the guarantee will result in an immediate stoppage of work performed by Web 180, any money collected to that point will not be refunded.
