Through an extensive collaborative process we dig deep to find real answers – we’ll never ask a client what they want to do online. Instead we ask about their most pressing business concerns. We learn about processes they already have in place. We learn how our clients successfully perform offline. We also learn about their goals related to everything from sales to internal processes. In this discovery phase we allow the client to define a successful outcome for their project – including how they would like to measure the success of the project.
From there we devise a plan that will most directly achieve the goals discovered in step 1 while working to minimize disruption to the client’s processes and work flow. We will help make sure your team or your providers are ready to follow the plan. If our client doesn’t have an in-house team or provider we will help find one for them and negotiate the best deal for service. Since we are not providing the services, our plan will not try to sell services. This plan is devised with a singular focus on results.
